Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Any cancellations made beyond the free cancellation period will incur zero refund.

Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show."

No refund will be provided for no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Changes to bookings (such as pickup time or location) may be subject to availability and additional charges.

No refunds will be issued for early returns of the vehicle.

If the booking was made through a third-party platform, the cancellation must be processed through that platform, and their cancellation policies will apply.

In case of events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), cancellation fees charges can be increase or decrease on discretion of company.
