Guidelines

1. Politeness and Kindness are the two Golden rules of the company.

2. No drinks and eatables are allowed in the car.

3. Smoking is not allowed in the car. If anyone wants to smoke please request the chauffeur to halt the car to smoke. One is allowed to do so only for 5 minutes.

4. Take all trash with you when you leave the car.

5. Only travel with as many passengers as allowed by the authorities.

6. Payment of 50% advance has to be done for the booking and it is non-refundable in case the trip is cancelled.

7. No request for over-speeding will be entertained.

8. Wearing of Seat Belt is compulsory. Please adhere to these rules.

9. If any child is seating besides the chauffeur care should be taken that the child is not disturbing the chauffeur or touching any accessories like the music system etc.

10. The Chauffeur will be available half an hour before the trip.

11. For the arrival, the Chauffeur will be available one hour before the trip. The car will leave the garage two hours before the flight lands.

12. The parking will be paid by the Guest at actuals.

13. After 19.00 hours night charge of 300 and after 23:30 night charge of 600 will have to be paid to the Chauffeur

14. The car will be kept clean and tidy at all times by the Chauffeur.

15. Punctuality to be maintained at all times and for any reason delay is expected please inform the Chauffeur one hour before the trip the mobile number of the Chauffeur will be posted to the Guest.

16. Please do make it a point to either instruct the Chauffeur for the mistakes committed or a reward for the Good Duty performed. Now the reward can be cash or in kind.

17. Regarding the temperature of the Car please request the Chauffeur to arrange it according to your convenience. In case you don't require the A/C please ask him to open the windows of the car.

18. Kindly inform the Chauffeur about the trip before starting the journey.

19. Kindly make the full payment before the journey ends.

20. No credit is allowed

21. No request for change in time is allowed at the last minute one needs to pay for such fault.

22. No cancellation of trips is allowed at the last minute.

23. Bookings have to be done at least four hours in advance.

24. No abusing the Chauffeurs is allowed and if noticed will be dealt thoroughly by law.

25. The Chauffeur will be clean-shaved and well mannered.

26. The payments can be done either online or direct credit to the Bank Account.
